Bacchus Hotel

Lenny (my dog) & I love this Hotel, the staff are friendly & give a great service (work hard!). Only literally a little stroll to the beach. Great atmosphere. Quirky, yet homely. Good choice of food. We visited over the Beer Festival & enjoyed some Real Ales, definitely recommend their in house 1691 Real Ale 🍺. Well worth a visit!

We arranged for my husband's wake here. It was wonderful. The staff were easy to communicate with. Their efficiency before, during and after the event was second to none - so important at such a time. The food itself was beautiful, everything cooked to perfection and guests commented on how fabulous everything was. The Marquee Room was light, airy and spacious. We could not fault anything. It was superb. Thank you so much - your professionalism ensured that we found the perfect venue. Highly recommended!

Easy to find and plenty parking. Great location on high street near beach etc. Room stayed in fine, but not keen myself on over bath showers. Rooms serviced on request. Can hire cabins in large garden. Good restaurant and "pub grub" food. All very pleasant. Excellent choice of beers. Staff excellent.
