Bach Suites Saigon a Member of Design Hotels

Enjoyed my stay very much. The room is very spacious and well designed, but the sound proof ain’t good. I hear the beer bar all night long!! Staffs are friendly and helpful, the rooftop pool is also very clean and comfortable. (Not the poolside seats) The breakfast venue on the top of 10th floor has great view but it’s a bit complicated to get there. Plenty options for breakfast.

Great stay at the hotel! The location was perfect, right smack in the middle of a couple of restaurants/bars. Every place we went to was almost a walking distance away. Apart from the weather, I enjoyed my trip. The room comes with an induction stove as well which made heating up food easier (thank you so much for this!). The hotel staffs were helpful and accommodating. Thank you for making my trip and my stay in the hotel amazing! I can’t wait to be back ❤️

So why high individual scores but only 3 overall? Well the hotel is exceptional. Rooms are brilliant, dining room fantastic, lounge downstairs is like something from the Ritz. Outstanding place, staff pleasant, noise? Ah not that bad. We slept fine. The reason for the 3 stars is on our last night the bar and dining area was booked out for a private party. No notice given when we booked or when we stayed. We rolled up for a drink and some dinner and got turned away. How can you do this to your guests without any advance notice? It is very poor to charge your guests a premium price to stay and then remove two of the amenities they would like to use. It has certainly made me question whether I would ever risk coming here again or recommending the place to family and friends. Sad, because it is so nice.
