Truly wonderful! Royal Suite is beautiful! Highly recommend the Bachleda for superb service and ambiance while in spectacular Krakow. Five stars in every way. Staff are absolutely the best!
Excellent stay. Beautiful property. Kind, helpful staff. Nice breakfast options. Quiet rooms with luxury touches- soft lighting, plenty of charging ports, pillow options, luxury feel to the bathroom and amenities/towels/ etc. Gym compact but has a cable machine, treadmill, and room for one person to stretch. Pool small but has jets in it. AC- a little tricky because you can change temperature and settings without the unit actually being turned on, so you might think it is on and not working but this is not true. There are instructions on the table for this. Overall lovely place and I was sad to leave.
A beautiful old world gem with modern luxuries. The service was outstanding. Notable mentions were Alan and Anastasia, but really everyone was exceptional. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the spa area was beautiful. I would only stay there again when I’m in Krakow again.
