Badehotel Salina Maris Wellness & Vintage

Cozy hotel with an amazing view. The staff is friendly and helpfull. The terraces have a lot of sun in the afternoon in winter, which is a big reccomendation.

We spent 2 nights in this hotel. There is a difference between vintage and old… hotel is just old and definitely requires some maintenance. Bed was very soft, therefore a lot of back pain, in default there is one tiny pillow per person, we needed to ask for more pillows, on night 2, as reception was already closed before we came back from dinner. Hotel room had nice terrace and view. We needed to pay for parking at the end of our stay (we were not informed about this, but price was very good). Breakfast was very poor. Multivitamin juice served was fermenting and bad. Served fruits were old, and there was no vegetables served (tomatoes, cucumbers etc.) and food was very limited (muesli, bread, butter, ham and cheese, eggs and bacon) for vegan person only thing to eat was bread and fruits. Wellness area was okay, but old. Saunas were very small, max 5 ppl could fit there. I don’t understand 4* in this case, I would rate this hotel at max 2*. Hotel is 800m from village, but night/evening walks to village are very unpleasant as there is a road with 0 lights, needed to walk with phone flashlight. Staff was kind, although some speaks only in German. It’s not a place I will come back.

Clean room, hospitality almost zero, a few people only can understand a bit of English . They proposed to us so many different round trip without knowing the context of ( moving seats , cabine, maintenance ,weather). The swimming pool is good but plenty of people and just a few pressure water jet not enough for dozens of people in the meantime. Need to pay the parking fees not included in the reservation. Room totally outdated. Value for money really low honestly . Plus during the stay: - location
