Baglio Sorìa Resort & Wine Experience

An unforgettable experience – highly recommended! Yesterday, we enjoyed a wine tasting with lunch for two – and we’re still deeply impressed by this beautiful and perfectly organized experience. Giuseppe gave us a warm welcome and impressed us with a very detailed, insightful, and engaging introduction to the soils, wine regions, and the winery itself. His passion and expertise were evident throughout. Lunch was delicious – classic Italian cuisine, freshly prepared and served in a perfectly sufficient portion. One special highlight was that we had the entire tasting and lunch all to ourselves – a truly personal and individual experience where we felt genuinely valued and taken care of. A thoroughly professional and thoughtfully curated experience – we highly recommend it!

A beautiful property just off the centre of Trapani. The location of this resort was so peaceful and picturesque. Rooms were large, clean and comfy. A bottle of red was also given to us! The service was excellent and we felt very comfortable staying here. Relaxing by the pool was lovely but the pool was way too cold so we never went in. (could have used a heater inside). - overall great experience here

The hotel is well located and superbly designed and elegantly decorated in a beautiful countryside, and the views are stunning. The distance from interesting sites is manageable and every drive is a nice experience. It is a place where one can enjoy genuine Sicilian setting and hospitality. The rooms are clean, spacious, well equipped, offering plenty of light. The swimming pool is large and well designed. The breakfast buffet offers a range of products of good quality. The staff is always professional, courteous and helpful. The bed was not comfortable; its structure was wobbly and creaking at the slightest move, and the mattress was of poor quality. This was a big disappointment in a hotel of this quality. The light in the bathroom was poor and not sufficient for shaving and make-up. The restaurant was also a disappointment. While the menu is inspiring, the servings are minimal (as examples that have been validated by other guests: a fish soup with only a couple of small fish pieces swimming in the rich broth; a very dry duck breast). Also, the radio music during dinner time seems to be out of place.
