Exquisite luxury boutique hotel in a very chic Milan neighborhood close to everything. My suite was beautifully appointed with a charming terrace. The service beginning with Maddalena, David, Arturo and the entire staff was outstanding! They all went out of their way to make you feel at home. Booked a 4 night stay with my wife. We chose this hotel because it's relatively small, looked comfortable with well appointed rooms and wonderful interior decor. We were not disappointed. We arrived 9 hours later than planned due to a flight cancellation. I called the hotel while at the airport in the US and spoke to Magdalena. When we arrived the next evening, she welcomed us, checked us in efficiently. Throughout our stay Magdalena 'went the extra mile' to ensure we were looked after, gave us recommendations, provided water and coffee and our stay would not have been the same without her. We were fortunate to receive an upgrade to a junior suite. The suite is spacious with lots of well thought out features. The abundant storage space is on one wall behind sleek fitted doors so it keeps the room looking tidy. The bed was firm and very comfortable. The bathroom The rooftop bar is a great space with excellent cocktails and views of the Duomo lit up at night. Breakfast was also excellent. There was a wide choice of meats, pastries, yogurts and bread as well as eggs, omelettes and other hot food, cooked on demand. The service was first class all around from breakfast, bell boys (Glenn and co), were efficient and always welcomed us back, great and informative concierge (David, Marco). The location is convenient for shopping, the Duomo, trams and buses around the city and the central station. We really enjoyed our stay and we will return on our next visit to Milan.
