Amazing hotel. Staff amazing, rooms large and very clean, entertainment amazing from shows to arcade and lovely pools. Drinks and food all great and great selection at the buffet. Came with family and friends and just had the best time. My little one got sick one night and bedsheets had to be taken off the bed. Told reception - no issues and then they called to check on her 2 days later. Literally don't have a bad thing to say. Smiled from start to finish!! Highly recommend for families ..

We stayed at this hotel with our kids for two weeks in June 2024 and absolutely loved it. Everything was spotless – the staff were out early every morning cleaning the pool and lounge areas, which we really appreciated. There were so many dining options to choose from: buffets, themed restaurants, poolside snacks… something for everyone! The spa service was excellent, and the whole atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. Our whole family had a wonderful time and couldn’t be happier!

Rooms are spacious Towels and mini bar had to be requested to be refilled as we kept getting forgotten about. Entertainment was rubbish. Finished by 10pm each night. Have to check into diff clubs not everyone can attend everything. Location miles out. Average taxi €60 euro return for beach or water park. Food fantastic but strict timing. Wouldn’t return.
