The staff here are incredibly friendly. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the food is nice. Weather can be a little overcast even when various weather apps say it is sunny and the entertainment on a night could be a lot better thought out and at times seems very lack lustre. These are the only things I’d bear in mind when booking. Having had a walk round this is probably one of the best hotels in the area.

If you come with car be prepared the parking is heavily limited, if they don’t have space it can take ages to find a parking space nearby. Getting a parking space is a bit of a nightmare at reception. You cannot just give your details to them to let you know of a space became available, you need to go back several times to able to get one. That system not so guest friendly. Entertainment team does their best to suit everyone needs. Food is ok, had better, but good selection. Room cleaning could be better. Constantly forgot to put enough towels in the room, didn’t fill up the fridge with fresh water, etc.. Furniture is a bit outdated, beds are really squeaky, cannot turn around without waking your partner up. Overall it’s all for a 4 star hotel

I want to leave a better review, but sadly the trip was punctuated by some seriously bad AC in the room which for half the trip pumped out HOT air rather than cold. Beds also rock hard and shower not what I’d expect in a more modern 4 star hotel. The rooms are in need of modernisation which wouldn’t bother me except the AC issue. Pools were nice though and food absolutely fine, lots of options and fish. The onsite restaurant was particularly good and they had grazing bits for kids all day which is nice for families. We went out a lot though and the short walk to town has some great and very affordable places. A much more mixed crowd than I was expecting with fewer brits and more Spanish and Germans which for me was a plus. Easy walk in to town so the location was great and the sea views from the high floor we requested was great.
