Our overall experience at the hotel was fantastic! We highly recommend the kids' club, where Azul, Ami, Yuli and others do an outstanding job. We were also impressed with the food, rooms, and transportation between hotels and beach. Additionally, we recommend taking advantage of the 3rd party photography team's services, which offer quality, affordability, and wonderful staff. One area for improvement is the selection of alcoholic drinks. On the whole, the resort was very clean and well-maintained.

This hotel is one to come back to! The staff here are amazing and work well above their pay. The entertainment staff all went above and beyond each day to make the days and nights enjoyable for everyone. The catering staff also do an amazing job with all the food and the service also being top tier. The hotel and rooms themselves are all very well cleaned and well placed with transport available from almost everywhere on campus. If you are on the fence allow this recommendation to be the reason you go because you won’t regret it. Everyone in the staff at the hotel deserves a pay rise! Great place.

Good experience generally. Issues: Impossible book ANY a la carte restaurant during stay. Pool restaurant is full of birds who sometimes land on top of buffet selection and even grab bread from the buffet. Buffet is excellent in general, although lacks any selection of fish other than basa fish. If you're pescaterian, you'll suffer. Check in can be super long. Wish the shows were a bit better, with some variety shows with talented dancers and regional music. Line in pool bar can take forever. Other than that a very pleasant resort, great food, excellent service from waiters, decent small beach.
