Bahia Principe Grand San Juan

This is by far out of all the hotels I've visited the best and most welcoming. I always look forward to coming back for a memorable vacation! The animation team do an amazing job at leading all the games and activities. The lobby staff will help you with any of your concerns with your room and anything else you need. The restaurant and bar staff will cater to your every need. I can highly recommend this hotel as one of the best ones out there!

Great resort with lots of activities to keep you busy. The entertainment staff do a very good job at bringing people in and running fun and exciting activities at the pool. Great job to Tomas and Daniel, who ran a lot of our activities during our visit. Food is good- lots to pick from and a lot of variety, so even picky people can find something. The beach is average, but the great pool makes up for an average beach. Would recommend this resort, and return in the future.

Amazing Resort with Amazing Staff!! This resort was absolutely beautiful and it was right by the beach that made is very accessible. The food was okay, and most of the drinks were good but ultimately it was the staff that made the difference. Everyone single person was nice and greeted you upon walking past you and the service was amazing. Room service was quick and cleaned my room within an hour of me being gone for breakfast. The free water and drinks in the room were very convenient. The only two minor complaints was the TV only had a few channels and most of the time we got a "no signal" message and the shower temp was lukewarm at best. But was an amazing experience!
