We had a wonderful time during our most recent stay. The staff goes out of their way to welcome you upon arrival. Our room was beautiful and cleaned multiple times a day. The entertainment staff made every day at the pool and at the beach so welcoming and enjoyable. Mauro in entertainment was so hospitable! His fun personality and care-free attitude was infectious. We looked forward to his smiling face each day. We will definitely return, soon!
There were so many pros to this place ! And some cons… The food and staff were amazing and so helpful, they truly made this trip so memorable and the reason I would go back. We arrived and “upgraded” to a swim up room. Paid 270 extra, and were excited. The room smelled of mildew which was different than our friends room who also had a swim up room. Everyone who came in recognized how badly it smelled. The sink was clogged and stayed clogged the whole time. The air conditioning kept turning onto economy mode which switch the cool setting off. I felt that this was a set from the hotel and although I kept complaining it kept happening. Last but not least there was a massive roach in my room and I had to run to grab an employee to kill it. He did and was amazing. I mentioned this to the front desk and they didn’t do anything to compensate me, but I would think an all inclusive had this kind of problem handled to prevent this. The experience outside the room was amazing and beautiful with delicious meals every night. I’d go back but stay on the third floor.
We've gone 5 times with another trip planned for Oct '25. We love this resort!! This resort is right on the beach front with a section for adults only on the beach. The lunch and breakfast restaurant is right on the beach. The staff is amazing, they are so nice and pleasant and we look forward to seeing Gloria when we go. The pool is clean with music, activities and look forward to the foam party. The resort is so clean and the upkeep is amazing. You won't find a better resort with the balance of a party atmosphere and relaxation atmosphere
