Garfield bellhop was very courteous and helpful. Shannon on Front desk was great at ironing out a few issues. Richardo was very informative and a good touch to checking in process. We were a group of 87 for a family reunion. Some on luxury and some on Grand. Richard in events did well with planning and execution of our events.

Me and my partner had the most amazing experience staying at Bahia Runaway Bay. Service was very good. Food we were lost for choices. Premium alcohol even the good W&N was on offer. Amazing white sand beach and pools at every angle. The staff was very helpful and always have a smile on their face. They have made our experience so good that we will be returning on our next trip to Jamaica.

The general service received from staff overall was good but I was expecting exceptional service at the Luxury Hotel. We waited over two hrs to check in due to a check-in policy. I was very annoyed as I was tired. We were finally checked without satisfying the policy as we had waited so long. However I received that exceptional service in the Jazmin Restaurant. Outstanding Service! Our servers Shaddaie & Romaine were absolutely exceptional! From the moment we were seated, they greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcome. They were attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the menu, and gave fantastic recommendations like the bartender special that turned out to be delicious. Our drinks were always refilled on time, and they checked in regularly to ensure everything was perfect. What really stood out was their genuine friendliness and professionalism — they truly elevated our dining experience. We’ll definitely be back, thanks to their excellent service!
