Hello We were this hotel with my parents from 12 of October until 9 of November. I recommend please don’t book this hotel: 1: the communication of reception was very poor, I explained to her about a lot of issue, for example: 2: my property was very dirty, my mom and I cleaned it, 3: doesn’t have lamp in the entrance of living room and I told them a lot of time for fix it but Nobody fix it. 4: we were 5 adults and a lot of time told them we need one more mattress, but nobody fix it. 5: door of shower was broken and I couldn’t closed the door. 6: when I wanted to take a shower , the water not drained. 7: the property was cold and I am asking about heating , the reception told me I will bring the heater, when you want to leave you can pay roughly 10.22 lira for every night but 9 of November I paid 79 lira for every nigh. 8: The Wi-Fi signal was weak and I couldn’t work online. I paid a lot of money for this property and I wasn’t happy, I don’t recommend this property to anyone.
I stayed from February 9, 2021 to February 11, 2021 It is a very bad hotel that I do not recommend anyone to book. I am a woman who came alone, in order to receive treatment in Turkey and I must rest, because I feel a lot of pain in my teeth and I had an operation in my mouth. First, the hotel is not clean, the floor, the bathroom, and the kitchen. The swimming pool is unclean and the service is very poor. The heating was off and the room was cold. Second, reception and administration staff are not cooperating. I booked three nights and stayed only two nights. On the second night I could not sleep for more than an hour because in the middle of the night there are people who have booked the room that is completely above my room and they were very annoying all night moving in the room with high heels and the sound was very, very annoying until 11:30 am. So I decided not to stay and cancel the reservation and get my money back, but the administration refused and said we can only change the room. I told them, and what guarantees me who will stay in the room above me and not be annoying, I did not receive an answer from the administration. I insisted on leaving, and despite that, my money was not returned to me. Knowing that I called the reception at 8:30 in the morning and told them what was happening. They told me that they went out now and the room was empty. Before I finished my conversation, the receptionist closed the line and after only half an hour they returned to the room and the disturbance and the loud sound of their feet returned and they also spoke again i.e. The reception did not warn not to disturb. There is no breakfast in the hotel.
Negative ratings for this accommodation and "provided facilities". I stayed here between Feb 17 and 24. They will just charge you money and never give you even a cent back while they will deal you according to what and how they want. I strongly believe this is just a money making machine for the owner. I was given a room with no heating and cleaning for first night and the rest of 6 nights I had to spend with relying on whatever they give. Fewer staff with poor reception guy moping floor. I wouldn't recommend staying here even for free. I chose nearby "Myhouse N5 Suites" (highly recommended) for everything A class right after this one. Agoda.com did not publish my review because they could not settle it down and give any compensation which failed the purpose of Agoda being middle party.
