Restaurant currently closed due to staffing (but you can get breakfast). Rooms were great and the host was very accomodating.

The rooms are good, especially the bathroom, very big en clean. But the service was bit disappointed. First of all, we did not stay in the beautiful Bahnhof, but 350 meter in an other street.(not 250 meters) Beside that, there was a dog barking after midnight and early in the morning before 7:00 When we complain about that, the lady told us a story about anti allergic rooms, a special request we never did. In de room the floor was wooden, with large space between the wooden planks, so it never could be anti- allergic with the dust what is coming in there, no where on the site they mention these kind of rooms. Basically she told us, that it was oke that the dog barked all the time, because it was a young dog(?) And he has to learn.. We did not get a good respons on the fact that the told they customers on their site, that they not allowed pets in their gasthouses. The first thing we heard when arrived in our gasthouse, was a loud barking. The rooms are very noisy, so we heard it in our room also. Tip: make clear on your site, pets are allowed, so people know. They also allowed in the breakfast room, nice for the petlovers. Breakfast was oke, nice lady served us. But we never paid this price, if we knew, wat know now

The food was OK, but not more than that. Nothing fancy. Neither of my daughters liked the fish finger or chicken nuggets from the child menu - and to be honest, neither did I - which is quite a remarkable thing to do (not in a positive way). Service was quite slow but not as slow as the kitchen (had to wait over half an hour for our main course). All was with good intention and friendliness but it still needs some fine tuning.
