Excellent location: on the beach. We used a spacious apartment with two bedrooms and a living room overlooking the beach. The rooms were cleaned every day. Varied food. Everything was good! I recommend it.

Basic rooms, very clean. Fabulous staff. Good buffet restaurant. Beautiful beach and lovely hotel. Would stay Again!!

Was there outside of the main season which may be part of the problem. The good... staff, were competent and friendly. Other than that it was very underwhelming. Rooms were substandard for a supposed 4star, stove top in the kitchen did not work, no kettle, front door was a bad fit(1cm gap at the bottom) and therefore not good at keeping out the sound, bathroom window opens up on the 'hall'. Balcony was large, beds were comfortable. Hotel itself was OK although the atrium pretty much flooded when it rained. Pool is nice. Direct access to a large beach is great. A huge pipeline is being built directly along the beach, so not sure how easy it'll be to actually get in the sea once it gets extended. Food was the worst I've ever had in an all inclusive hotel. Mainly frozen stuff, felt like 1 freshly made dish per meal(usually a paella). had some razor clams which hadn't been washed, so rather sandy. Breakfast(usually my highlight)was also rather disappointing, a bad attempt at full english(give me some decent Spanish stuff) worst bacon on the planet, how do you mess up bacon?? yogurt etc was the cheapest quality available. Fruit and fresh veggies were fresh and sweet but not a large selection or nice presentation. Drinks selection was wine or water. All in all would not suggest going in the off season and would question what it's like during the main season. Will not be going again.
