A special shoutout to Mar at the front desk, who truly made my stay exceptional. Mar was professional, courteous, and incredibly helpful — going above and beyond to assist with my requests and offering great local recommendations. It’s not every day you meet someone so dedicated to guest satisfaction. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable experience. We were fortunate to be granted an early check-in at no extra cost. Having arrived from a very early trip, we truly appreciated this thoughtful gesture, as it allowed us ample time to rest and refresh before attending a forum. Our heartfelt thanks go to Ms. BABES at the reception for her warm assistance, as well as to all the staff for their courtesy and responsiveness. From check-in to dining, accommodation, and even up to our departure, our experience was nothing short of wonderful.
