Baia Bursa Hotel

One of the best hotels in bursa. Very friendly staff. The operation manager Mr Ismail is an outstanding person. He is always there to help. He is leading the team in an outstanding manner.

I stayed at this hotel for one night and half a day. Check-in was quick and easy, and the interior of the hotel is beautiful. The room was comfortable and had everything you need, with simple decor and a cozy bed. For dinner, the selection of food was limited, but what was available was good. The next day, we wanted to visit the Turkish hamam, but it was fully booked until after our check-out. We learned that hotel guests can only use it if there's an available slot. However, you can use the sauna, take a cold shower, and there’s a pool, though it was closed on Sunday. Overall, the hotel is clean, safe, and I would recommend it, as long as they start prioritizing their guests more.

This is the absolute worst hotel experience i have ever had. The staff isnt friendly, nor do they act like they care about their guests. The room was 29°c upon arrival. I tried to cool the room but the thermostat is locked so i had to go through reception. I ordered a burger and a sandwhich from room service. After more than an hour of waiting i got one burger and was told my sandwhich couldnt be made, so only one of us ate that night. I will never return to this hotel and can't in good concious recommend this to anyone.. calling it 5 star is a 3 stars too many.
