Cosy nice hotel with a small but cristal clear water. The restaurent and the service we have recieve was exceptional
Very nice and cosy hotel on the beach with a pool. Breakfast is delicious and has a lot of choices (eggs, Bacon, ham, cheese, bread, yoghurt, pastries, etc.). There is a private beach just outside the hotel. The room and bathroom are spacious. Very quiet, I slept like a baby :-). The room was cleaned everyday + fresh towels everyday. WiFi could be better. Staff are friendly and efficient. Lot of choices at the hotel's restaurant and the food is good. There is also a Spa with a lot of massages and treatments. Not easily accessible with a big car : the road is narrow and a bit scary. Will definitely come back !
The hotel accepted only wire transfer to cancel my balance 6 days in advance of my arrival. Unfortunately my daughter had a health issue in our home country and my wife and I returned home immediately after, canceling all the hotels on our trip. Some of them asked documents to refund, as flight cancellation/ new flights tickets/ hospital verifications…THE ONLY HOTEL IN OUR TRIP THAT DID NOT RECOGNIZED WHAT WE HAVE PAID WAS “BAIA DEL GODANO”. I understand general policies. But I would suggest travelers being careful with reservations and pre payments. And also understand the hotel attitude.
