Baiamalva Resort

We stayed for a week in August. Everything was lovely. Very friendly staff. Clean rooms. Fun for kids. Just steps from the sea, with a reserved umbrella ⛱️ for each room, and a private beach. The food was very good.

For the price, we would have expected much better service. Aside from the comfortable, large, and clean rooms, the entertainment, and the beach, I have no other positives. The kitchen repeated the same foods for days. Constant recycling. For the children, they even had the same pasta shape almost the whole week. The food was undercooked and lacking in salt. The waiters were inattentive, or almost non-attentive (at the end of the stay, we were charged for wine we hadn't bought at all). Dishwashing was poor. And last but not least, we were forced to take long walks to get a glass of water during lunch and dinner. The beach service was terrible; there's no bar and you have to pay for showers, so you have to spend more money. I wouldn't recommend it or return.

The village is small but has a wonderful sea just steps away, with excellent facilities and amenities. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and spacious. The cleaning staff is very efficient and friendly. The entertainment staff are excellent, although I found it strange that they had to accompany guests to their rooms and carry their luggage. Despite the wide variety, the food is tasteless. Breakfast was a little better; the cappuccino was good, but everything else was defrosted. Overall, our experience was decent, but I have to say we wouldn't return. Something is missing...
