Staff couldmt speak English and would get impatient at you when you tried to request something. They have poor entertainment and noisy youths who treat the place like a club weekend away and break the relaxing atmosphere. Would not recommend for English speakers however the location is good for trying several beaches out.

Morning reception lady (brown hair and petite) quite rude, not accommodating or friendly like the rest of the staff. Bar staff extremely friendly and helpful as were the animation staff - best part of hotel was the animation team and bar staff.

We ended up here after what seems like at best a non-existing but more likely a fraudulent posting on Booking with the name ‘Secret Village’ . Initially the address was at a different resort 20 min away, but at check in time they (auto?) messaged us with this address. When we arrived they claimed that this was because of overbooking at the first location - but when we inquired there earlier they indicated that they have a lot of guests arriving with this same story and suspect this is a scam. The rooms they showed us were either occupied already (??) or moldy. While we were there other guests were also complaining about the state of the rooms. We decided to leave and cancel via Booking. Be sure to reach out to Booking and request a full refund instead of a partial refund via the online cancellation flow if you don’t want to reward these practices.
