We had an enjoyable visit to the Baja Club. The staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious. The restaurant, bar, pool, and roof top were clean, easy to navigate, and use/order from. The staff helped us with where to park our rental car. The roof top has a great view of the shoreline and surrounding areas. The Baja Club is architecturally beautiful and fun to explore.
This is a beautiful, stylish, classy place to stay. The courtyards to relax in, and fires at night, the sweet pool area, the breakfast patio, the reading room, the rooftop bar, all are very nice, clean and well run. One morning our waiter was pretty slow but all others were great. Our room was a bit tight but with big windows and a beautiful view, I didn’t mind. Special mention to the spa and the fabulous massages we had there. Xumina and Johnathon were excellent. Easy to explore from here on foot or by car. We would stay here again.
Staff were friendly, beautifully designed and excellent location. However, I was appalled by the managerial choice to host a club event on the rooftop my last night. I assume fellow guests, like me, selected this hotel for its serene and peaceful set up (as advertised). I am beyond disappointed to have had loud thumping music beating down into the courtyard (and therefore the guest rooms) until the early hours of the morning! The previous three nights of my restful holiday were all canceled out by this final disruption sadly… I will not be coming back. For this price point and the claim as a “five star” hotel, I would expect much more thought towards the comfort of paying guests
