We have stayed for a week at Bajamonti and it has been wonderful. The best location, in the main square but on the 5th floor so any noise will not effect your sleep. The rooms are lovely, clean and have everything you could need. The bath is amazing, bed and pillows very comfortable. The breakfast at The Brasserie on 7, a short walk away is the best. Great food options, we tried something different every day, all really tasty, and great coffee and smoothies. Petra, the hotel manager is amazing with her knowledge, giving us a map and tips on which beaches to visit and the best way to get there, also with restaurant recommendations. She also went above and beyond with researching where local to get our antigen tests, which was a really easy process thanks to her, and also printing documents for us during our time here that we needed for our return flights. Thank you so much Petra for a lovely stay in Split, we have had the most wonderful time. Steve & Emma
The hotel is situated at a beautiful square in the old town centre. The room was very nice. Spacious and modern, as was the bathroom, with a full size bath and a rainshower. The choice of the huge lamps by the bed made for very few spots to lay your stuff, like phones, wallet, glasses, water, etc. The staff was very helpful and nice and responded quickly via text or other media. The staff also arranged for a transfer to the airport at a very good rate and gave helpful tips on restaurants and places to see. The terrace on the rooftop was lovely, and the breakfast (voucher for a restaurant by the sea) was delicious. It should be noted that the rooms are on the fourth floor (ground floor+ 3) and that the old UNESCO building doesn't have an elevator... But the 90 stairs are worth it.
Great location in the center of town but located on top of a restaurant on the 5th floor. Our flight got delayed so we got in at 12pm and there was no front desk, no one there to help up us with bags checking in or out. No direction and little signage. We were able to call and they left one key in a key box but there was no prior communication to this or what floor the hotel was located on. When we checked out no one helped us with our bags town 5 flights of stairs. However room was clean, good bathroom, and AC but little to no amenities or service here. You’ll be lugging your stuff around and no concierge
