Bakour Punta Cana Suites

The hotel has been a beautiful stay. The hotel staff have all been very helpful from the start. Juan Carlos welcomed us with a cheers to our girls trip! Bar Cana had been an experience of its own, Starling has made the smoothest drinks and the Dj keeps the beats going. The activity coordinator is always T accommodating, Thanks Julio MC We had time for the buffet mostly. All the food has been excellent. Even the snack bar, loved the club sandwich! Will be back!

Amazing place to stay! Service was the best we’ve ever had anywhere! Julio the MC was an amazing host and planned fun activities throughout the resort. Joan was a great server. We had him for every meal and he made sure to take care of us. Louis and Alcindo were great bartenders and always kept our drinks full. Rooms were very clean and up to date and food was very good. Will definitely be coming back!!

I recently stayed at Bakour Punta Cana Suites and had a truly amazing experience. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained — but what truly made my stay exceptional was the incredible staff. From the moment I arrived, the reception team made me feel welcome and at home. A heartfelt thank you to Jorge, Juan, and Yendri — all three were professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Yendri especially stood out with her polite and genuinely warm attitude. She was always kind and made sure I had everything I needed. The bar staff were also outstanding. Alcides and Henry created such a fun and relaxing atmosphere. They were friendly, energetic, and made every drink feel like it was crafted with care. They truly added to the enjoyment of each evening. At the restaurant, the food was consistently delicious, and the service was excellent. Huge thanks to Luis Capellán and Arisleidy for their attentive and kind service. They always made me feel welcome and made every meal a pleasure. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to make my stay special. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made all the difference.
