I stayed in apartment 108A and it was clean, tidy and comfortable. The owner, Abdullah, did his best to provide everything he needed and his treatment was excellent. I recommend staying there.

When we arrived at the hotel to check in, we noticed a person taking pictures using a professional camera, walking around the place and taking pictures of people in the reception area without getting their permission. I turned to him respectfully and asked him to stop photographing us and move the camera away from our faces. But the receptionist suddenly entered and raised his voice in an inappropriate manner, and said: "If you didn't like the situation, get out!" وظل يبير فلامة "اخرج, الباب محمول" بصوت عالٍ. I told him that this style is not respected and he does not want to interact with the guests, but he answered saying: "I don't care, the door is open, go out." He behaved completely unprofessionally and failed to follow the most basic rules of dealing with guests. Upon our arrival at the hotel for check-in, we noticed someone filming the premises with a professional camera. He was moving around the reception area and recording people’s faces without their consent. I politely approached him and asked him to stop filming us and to keep the camera away from our faces. He responded kindly and apologized, assuring me that people’s faces would not appear in the footage. However, the receptionist suddenly intervened in a very inappropriate manner. He raised his voice and said, “If you don’t like it, leave!” He kept repeating loudly, “Leave, the door is open!” I calmly told him that this was a disrespectful way to speak to guests. He replied, “I don’t care — the door is open, just leave.” His behavior was completely unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy in dealing with guests. Upon arrival at the hotel, during the registration process, we noticed a person who was filming the area with a professional camera. He was moving around freely and taking pictures of people in the lounge area without their consent. I politely asked him to stop filming us and move the camera away from their faces. He very politely turned to me and apologized, adding that the faces would not appear in the video. Unfortunately, at this point the receptionist intervened completely inappropriately. He started talking loudly and said to me: “If you don’t like it, leave!” He repeated several times: “Go away, the door is open!” I replied that this was an inharmonious and disrespectful attitude towards the guests, to which he said: “I don’t care, the door is open — go away.” His behavior was completely unprofessional and tactless.
