In my short stay, Bercan was lovely and welcoming, from the moment I checked in until checking out, he went above and beyond wherever he could. He always smiles and said hello every time I ran into him. Having a bloke like him guard the hotel reception makes it feel a bit safer in that area. Well done Bercan, lovely meeting you. Also had lovely small talk out front with the guy from the evening shift, he was easy to chat with and was additionally funny, and made me laugh telling me about his routine and his life with two hyperactive kids.
Very Beautiful place for staying The Jacuzzi was the Highlight Very comfortable Can only Recommend!
The bathroom wasn’t even flushed. (There was pee in there) Some hair on the bedroom. And we could hear other people ! We could hear everything ! We told them and they changed the room for us. But still very disappointed. We got this hotel online because of the reviews. It is not appropriate for families at all!
