Balcony Courtyard Sriracha Hotel & Serviced Apartments

Best hotel I’ve been to in thailand for kids! Even a playground in the room! The food is good and rooms are fine, even though you hardly use it due to being in all the playgrounds with the children!

In the Balcony Courtyard, when you check in, you will receive a welcome snack and a free token. Each token can be redeemed for one toy. The hotel features Mini Harborland, a swimming pool with a long water slide, and a mini harbor island. The island has two short water slides, a bucket that pours water every time it refills, some water jets, and a water tunnel. There is also a Laser Game area, which you need to book in advance. You can play two sessions every day, with each session lasting 10 minutes. The hotel has an onsen that includes a sauna and a steam room. The entire hotel consists of seven blocks of serviced apartments. Guests can enjoy free quadricycle rentals, a Viking private boat, and a car racing area, which includes a small park. Additionally, there is a golf simulator, but you need to bring your own gear. The Harbor Room is fun, with an ocean theme and a ball pool. You can access the bunk bed through the harbor complex. Overall, it is a really good hotel.

We stayed at Balcony Courtyard as a family with a young child and had a very positive experience overall. We stayed in the Harbour Room, which our child loved and kept him occupied on his own (with adult supervision) whenever we needed a break. The common facilities - playgrounds, pool, and game room - were sizeable and well-maintained. We really appreciated that the lifeguard at the pool actively advised people on safe behaviour. We were impressed by the quality and variety of food available for breakfast. The selection really pleased both adults and kids. The hotel is also close to Sri Racha city center (10 mins by car). Overall, the hotel is perfect for a one night stay. The only thing that needs improvement is that we stayed during a long weekend when the hotel was at high occupancy and there was barely any place for parents to sit at the indoor playground and the pool.
