NOT recommended, until they fix a bunch of issues. CONS: * Terrible communication. I had to contact them multiple times to confirm details and get checked in. Then I had to ask them for WiFi credentials and wait another hour for a response. * Hidden entrance - difficult to locate. * Key to exterior entrance is extremely difficult — spent over 5 minutes just trying to get the door open. Also the exterior door and intermediate doors only partially open, so you better be skinny and not have much luggage. * Views from windows are just of dirty backyards and rooftops. Feels like a 3rd world country vibe. PROS: - comfortable beds - clean rooms - continental breakfast included at restaurant below - heating/AC - large bedrooms - large clean bathrooms Overall, I cannot recommend, but at least their rooms, beds, & bathrooms are nice.

Terrible service! Booked a room a month in advance through airbnb. Upon arrival, we did not receive any instructions on how to check in. During the call they said that there was no such reservation and that we had to cancel our airbnb reservation. They also mentioned that they were overbooked and that there was no room, although there was a free room on booking for this date, but the price was already higher. I suspect they just didn't want to check us in at the price we paid earlier. We had to look for another place to stay.

Stayed three nights, reported a late check-in. The hotel ignored this and forgot that we had to be accommodated - just did not answer calls, messages and letters. Thank you to the website through which the booking was made, they somehow managed to contact them through their channels and we were finally checked in. Although check-in is a conditional matter - they just told us where to get the keys. They forgot about the fact that there were three of us and one of us had to sleep in a cold room without a blanket, in his clothes. Heating does not work, by the way. A day later the cold water in the sink and in the shower disappeared. Apparently this did not surprise the owners in any way, they did not even answer us. They only reminded us to pay extra tax when we left. Photos do not correspond to reality. The room is terrible. The floor is stone and cold. Hearing is unbelievable. Very very bad. The price should be 2 to 3 times lower than what they are asking. Absolutely not satisfied. They never contacted us, although we asked to discuss the details of the accommodation
