Bali Niksoma Boutique Beach Resort

We had an amazing stay at Bali Niksoma. The location is perfect—right on the beach and within walking distance to great restaurants and shops, but still feels peaceful and relaxing. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the pool area is stunning with ocean views. A special mention goes to Mini, who looked after us every morning at breakfast. She was so warm and welcoming, always remembered our orders, and made the start of each day feel extra special. It’s rare to come across such genuine hospitality—she truly made our stay even more memorable. Would absolutely recommend Bali Niksoma and will definitely be back.

Wonderful Stay at Niksoma Boutique Hotel I had a fantastic experience at Niksoma Boutique Hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. The staff were exceptional – professional, friendly, and always ready to help. From the wait staff and pool attendants to room service, everyone went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. The on-site spa was a real highlight – the massages were amazing and very relaxing. Food throughout my stay was of good quality, with the breakfasts being particularly fabulous – fresh, varied, and delicious. The lush garden setting created a beautiful and tranquil environment, perfect for unwinding. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would happily return. Highly recommended for a relaxing, enjoyable stay.

⭐ 1 Star – Deeply Disappointed and Misled Our recent stay at Bali Niksoma was extremely disappointing and far from the relaxing getaway we expected. We ended up leaving the hotel early and were denied any refund, despite multiple valid reasons for our early departure. Here’s why we left: 1. Unbearably Uncomfortable Bed – The mattress was rock hard, lumpy, and left us with back pain each morning. It felt like sleeping on a wooden board. For a resort claiming luxury status, this is completely unacceptable. 2. Low Water Pressure in the Shower – Taking a proper shower was a struggle. The water barely trickled out. Also the shower is in the bath so if you’re wanting a nice refreshing shower, I certainly wouldn’t be coming here. 3. Loud, Disruptive Music – Music started blaring early in the morning, disrupting our sleep. Not sure if it was next door cheap hotel, but regardless get yourself prepared to listen to bass noise from early hours. 4. Fireworks Every Night – Every single night, fireworks went off for long stretches, right outside the hotel. And I’m taking 12-1am in the morning. While the hotel claims it’s “out of their control,” a luxury beachfront property should take steps to mitigate noise disturbances or at the very least warn guests in advance. 5. No Refund for Early Departure – The worst part? We left early because our experience was ruined, and they refused to refund us for the unused nights. Apparently, your comfort doesn’t matter once they have your money. I was also verbally abused from a guest at the pool. Apparently leaving their towels on the sun beds while they go off for 2 hours is ok. A towel was thrown at my face from her. Definitely not worth the money to stay here. Bottom line: Bali Niksoma is overrated and overpriced, and fails to deliver even basic comfort. We won’t ever return, and I strongly advise others to reconsider staying here.
