Our stay in Nusa Dua was amazing! The hotel was absolutely stunning — elegant design, lush gardens, and a huge pool that felt like paradise. Every corner was picture-perfect. The staff were incredibly kind and always went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. From the peaceful atmosphere to the exceptional service, everything was top tier. If you’re looking for a relaxing and luxurious Bali escape — this is it!
My husband George & myself stayed here with my sister & brother in law early April. We found the staff were very friendly & accommodating...they couldn't do enough for us. The food was fantastic (especially the buffet breakfast) and well priced. Our room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed. I would like to make special mention of staff members Heru & Mahendra who went over & beyond their duty of care and made Mr George a very happy guest. He proudly wears his Nusa Dua cap everywhere & receives lots of comments about the cap. Suksma from the bottom of our hearts, we loved our stay at Nusa Dua Hotel & hope to go back one day. Superb hospitality. Staffs are polite and attentive. We arrived early and waited a bit at the lounge with their welcome drinks. The deluxe suite room is comfy and large. Breakfast was good too. Location is central to convention centers in Nusa Dua.
