Balihai Bay

Nice big rooms, very clean and tidy, the bed was hard. The staff were friendly even with the communication barrier. The cleaner doing our room was extremely lovely and helpful. The view of the ocean and boats was amazing. The only down side was the location of the room which was near a sewerage channel, however this is obviously nothing to do with the hotel itself.

Stunning views that were the best moment of our stay.. The hotel was impeccably clean, contributing to a wonderfully relaxed and good atmosphere. Its convenient location near the pier so pretty easy to get everywhere, and the jacuzzi was a delightful bonus 💯 — We thoroughly enjoyed our time here!

I arrived at the hotel yesterday after a long 12-hour journey, hoping to receive a warm and welcoming check-in experience. Unfortunately, the receptionist’s attitude was extremely disappointing. She spoke to us in a dismissive and disrespectful manner, repeatedly suggesting we find another hotel, and made us feel as though we were not welcome — despite having a confirmed and paid reservation. It was the most unprofessional and unpleasant service we encountered during our 21 days in Thailand. While the rooms are indeed spacious, they were not clean. We encountered various insects in the room, similar to those we saw at the front desk upon arrival. Overall, this was not the standard we expected, and it significantly impacted our experience.
