Amazing location, near everything Some rooms are odd shaped, but for, only two things matter the most, comfortable beds and Shower. Across from Tomb of Mulana Rumi, excellent restaurants near by. Will stay here again

Great location in old town near mosques and museums. Tired small rooms with significant smoke residue. If you ask they may put an ozonator in the room while you go out for a while. Other than that, the room was clean including bathroom. Tired uninspired breakfast, serving instant coffee. Was ok for one night.

My first time in Konya and it seemed to make sense to book this hotel near to mosque and events with Mevlana birthday celebrations even with mixed reviews. I booked a room for six nights. I understand it may have been a busy time with Rumi celebrations but I booked when many rooms were still available. The reception put us in the smallest room with old cheap furniture and the tiniest bathroom and no room for bags from the US, even compared to small European hotels, and for six nights? No way, we were t camping. When we asked about a bigger room, we were taken to a room on the back which was dated as well, but with two separate spaces. Only after we confirmed we would stay there and moved our things, were we informed that the room was double the price of the original room. Crazy, and even on the one night we did stay there the reception wasn’t too shy to ask for an additional 40$. Overall, I felt they were just being opportunistic and that greed took big priority over guests needs and potential for recommendations in the future. Maid service and bellmen were perfect and helpful (4+star) but the reception staff, though amicable, seemed only concerned about charging as much as possible for the rooms. Just down the street we found a huge room with a much better breakfast for 1/2 the price for the last 4 nights of our stay.
