Dear Tinna Brandt and Rene' Knudsen, We thank you very much for a wonderful stay at your hotel. Upon arrival you saw the three suitcases and upgraded us immediately to a larger room. The room was beautiful and had its own balcony, and you didn't want any extra pay. The buffet breakfast was great and served every day between 8 and 10 am. The welcome dinner by Rene' was excellent and the smilling waitresses were very professional. We didn't want to explore any other venues for dinner during our visit to the island. At the day of our morning departure, we had a 7 o'clock ferry to Kalundborg, you offered to have a breakfast ready for us at 6:15 am. JUST OUTSTANDING SERVICE. We had a room in the annex which was nicely renovated and spacious. We also had dinner which was delicious and can very much be recommended. Unfortunately as smoker you are not allowed to use the terrace, even if it's almost empty and you get banished to the parking lot.
We didn't like the restaurant manager who brought unchewable meat and made faces when we complained. Not only was the meat fat, but she was too.The hotel is in a very good location otherwise!
