Bally s Shreveport Casino and Hotel

I celebrated my one year anniversary here and we had an absolute blast. There are multiple floors of casinos both for smoking and non smoking. I wish the restaurants in the resort had been open later as we got in late, I went to a resort next door and got food late. But the casinos are cool, it's in a short distance of a lot of fun places like the Aquarium and good restaurants. It was overall a great experience and my room had a beautiful view.

Very clean, smoke-free casino. We had a good time and got good service from the Waitresses. Location isn't the best. It is the least easy casino to get to in Shreveport/Bossier. Parking garage is less than presentable. The smell of urine loomed around a stairwell. Police were arresting someone on our way out. I will say, the inside of the casino doesn't match the outside of the casino. It is one of the nicer casinos I've ever visited. I didn't feel in danger, but things were present to keep me alert.

The room we stayed in shouldn’t have been available for guest. It was icky in there due to the condensation of the air conditioner. Everything was moist. The floor was so slippery from the moisture that I fell and busted my knee. They definitely need to get it under control. We had friends on multiple floor and they all had the same moisture issue.
