Bally's Dover Casino Resort

First time visiting Bally's Dover. Parking lot is close and no fees which is a plus. Check in was a long line for a Sunday evening, but they moved people along at a decent pace. The king size room was alright. Just could use some updates. Casino layout is very nice, plenty of new machines, spacious, and clean. Could use some more table games though. The players reward program is lacking. There is a smaller slot reward you can get if you push through like $400 ish dollars on a slot (not sure the amount on tables). Which is a crazy large amount for a new player sign up. However the slots did seem to pay which is always nice🤑. Appreciated the free room and the staff were friendly as well. Hope to be back in the near future. 😁🤞

I stayed 5 days and 4 nights not one time did they clean my room or bring fresh towels. I had to call and raise hell with them to get fresh towels. On the 3rd night I was told housekeeping would come to my room. Around 9pm that night they brought clean towels and I was told that my room would be cleaned the next day. DID NOT HAPPEN I have traveled in my work for a lot of years and this is the first time no one would come clean my room even motel 6 comes every day,,so i say its the pits
