Balma Restaurant Suites

We stayed at Balma Suites for 7 nights during our honeymoon, and it was nothing short of perfect. Located right in the heart of Zug, it’s just a short walk to both the cable car and the free snow bus — making it an ideal base for exploring the area. From the moment we arrived, the incredible staff made us feel like part of the family. Every detail in the accommodation was so thoughtfully considered, from the easy-to-use sauna to the abundance of power outlets placed exactly where you’d need them. Our room was perfect for a couple — cosy, stylish, and made us feel instantly at home. The on-site restaurant was another highlight. Evelyn’s freshly baked bread each morning was a daily delight, and every dinner was warm, flavourful, and comforting — we never had a bad meal. We can’t thank the team at Balma Suites enough for such a special experience. It was the perfect mix of comfort, hospitality, and charm — a truly memorable way to spend our honeymoon. We’d highly recommend it to couples or anyone looking for a warm and welcoming stay in Zug.

HIGHLY recommend staying at Balma Suites while visiting Lech!! This beautiful hotel provides the perfect Austrian feel while in the Arlberg region with amazing food, beautiful spacious upgraded rooms and warm welcoming family atmosphere from Evelin and her family. It made for the PERFECT place to celebrate my birthday!! Even though we arrived late we were still welcomed with an amazing meal. Breakfast each morning was perfect to fuel up before the day on the mountain. Dinner was amazing each evening and the staff made us feel special and part of their family. Location provided a quiet mountain vibe with great views of the surrounding mountains. Thank you for such a wonderful visit!!

Absolutely amazing place to stay in the pitoresk Zug village (Lech am Arlberg). Brand new very well maintained and spotless clean apartments, operated with the well known Austrian hospitality. Family run business with focus on true service and attention. High quality restaurant on site with strong focus on quality ingredients and home made products. amazing breakfast daily with freshly baked bread assortment. Your dog will love the place too.
