Balmer Lawn Hotel

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service throughout. The food was really nice, both at breakfast and dinner, with plenty of delicious options. I’d asked to be put in a higher room, and they made sure that happened, which I appreciated. The location is lovely and made the whole trip even better. They also accommodated my last-minute changes, like moving my spa treatment, without any fuss - which is great by the way. Highly recommend.

Took my parents to Balmer Lawn for Afternoon Tea here. It is the only time I have visited and quite happily say that we will be back. Afternoon Tea was lovely. We couldn't finish it all and we were able to take the leftover cakes home with us. Unfortunately there was no photos taken as we jumped into the food. Decor was lovely. Staff were extremely attentive and polite.

Absolutely lovely. We had a basic standard double. Spacious and clean, though zero character! Fine for the one night we stayed. Excellent location, beautiful grounds and characterful public areas. Great breakfast too . Would stay again.
