Baths, great, room okay ( a last minute cheapie from booking com), distances inside the hotel will surprise you! The buffet didn't convince us, we sought food in town.

Me and my family visited the hotel for 2 nights at the end of June. I want to start with complimenting the maids. Excellent cleanliness of the rooms. However reception and technical state of the rooms were subpar. Air conditioning is not working at the end of June/ beginning of July when it’s so hot in Spain. We asked reception if repair was possible to which they said ‘yes’ and assured us the mechanic is going to check than asap. Three hours or so later, still nobody and no air conditioning. We asked again the next day and the receptionist told us the handyman was busy. ?? We asked if it was possible to move to different rooms to which the answer was: ‘ Air conditioning not working’. Another problem was the misleading information/ labels across the hotel. No tennis courts even though they were advertised, no gym even though it was advertised. Nobody warned us about those facilities not working or not existing even and nobody offered us a reduction in price or refund due to those malfunctions. Very good spa and location but everything else needs improvement.

We didn’t stay. We were in town and booked and paid for an immersion bath. When we returned at 4pm as instructed for our booked bath time of 4:15pm we were told impossible! Closes at 4:30pm. Very little English which is fine we expect that as we are tourists be we try hard with our very bad Spanish. Lots of locals coming and going seemed to have prebooked packages of 6 and 10 baths/ massages. They gave us our money back immediately as we could not stay for the next day, this was not actually offered though. This was a very disappointing experience for one thing we had looked forward to. But we will out down to a travel story.
