Just across the street from the Palacio de Agua, a wonderful complex of pools and saunas. Beautiful grounds to walk in, and the tapas are first rate.
Visiting for using the spa ,Hotel very disappointing, food pretty awful, and expensive ! More expensive than the City of Santiago! Rooms very bare hardly any facilities only the minimum! Hardly any choice of restaurants outside 2 open ! The Spa is very good and the surrounding area is beautiful with the forest and river 😊
Filthy place! They are absolutely robbing people. The Celtic circuit spa was like a cattle market. They were rushing people through the treatments. Filthy, disgusting water. The smell was vile. We were freezing the whole time. I broke out in a rash all over my body after it. Black mould in the bedroom. Grafiti on the walls. The staff were absolutely miserable. No proper blankets on the bed. The Palacio del Agua was so much fun but again, not clean. One of the steam rooms actually smelled like excrement. The lifts don’t work properly. I had to pry the door open with my hands to get out.What a shame. It could be spectacular. The area is beautiful. I felt really sorry for the people checking in as we were leaving.
