I had a wonderful stay at this excellent Spa Hotel. The location is remote and very beautiful, peaceful, quiet and relaxing. There are lovely walks around the surrounding area with fantastic scenery, and nature including birds of prey hovering. The Spa facilities are great, including therapeutic swimming pool with healing water. The rooms are spacious, very comfortable and with all amenities. Room service is excellent. Rooms are cleaned very well daily. The food in the restaurant is excellent and varied. Staff in the restaurant are very efficient, friendly and helpful. Very pleased with everything. If you want a quiet, & relaxing getaway then this is a fantastic place to stay.
Loved the surroundings. The hotel was nice and comfortable. Nice staff. Absolutely loved the cave pool. More food choices in the premises would have been appreciated but it was ok.
This has been the worst spa resort experience I've ever had. Rooms: +Spacious. -Hard and uncomfortable beds. -Water stopped working several times. -Dirty. Food: -It was all very disappointing. Imagine frozen food that was heated in the microwave. -Breakfast was really bad. Spa area: -Hot pools were cold. -There was one jacuzzi that 30 people shared and had to stand in line for. -Exclusive spa treatment was not exclusive and very bad. Not even the "cold pool" was cold. Sauna was about 50°C. Massage & Treatments: +Friendly staff. +OK Massage. -Cold massage room. -Pricey for what you get. Facilities: -This place has no sense of being a place to relax. Is has a vibe of being at the dentist office. -Surprisingly, there is NO music. Not anywhere. Not even in the cafeteria. -The light could be used in an operating room. -They would have needed a renovation 30 years ago. Area: +Close to nature and some decent hiking trails. To summarise this stay, we left more stressed than what we was when we got there. It was a truly regretful visit. I pity the staff who works there as it didn't seem like they didn't have the right prerequisites to give us a good experience. I will not recommend this place to anyone.
