The place is 5 star level but pointed as 4 star because don't serve all inclusive. The food is healthy and everyday different 3 stage menu. Very good SPA complex with medical rehabilitation procedures and hot mineral water pools. I strongly reccommend it.
Rooms: Cheap, not maintained rooms. Not clean enough. Spa and entertainment: The swimming pool is good. The sauna and steam bath was kept cold no matter that the hotel was full of people. There is a very nice little park near the hotel. Restaurant: The hotel restorant food was not good and there were no places for good food around. The staff tried to kick us out before the end of the working time, because we were the latest clients.
Lifeguard shouting at guests for “not taking the correct sunbeds” at the outdoor pool. Kind service is a foreign word at this place!
