We enjoyed this hotel for the 8'th time we visited it. Big, comfortable and clean rooms. Daily Cleaning service. Complementary tea and coffee. Clean sheets and comfortable beds. Breakfast and dinner have variety of daily fresh food. They always refill the food containers immediately and you will never lack of food selection. Plenty of tasty deserts and fruits. We would like to thank Mr. Benny restaurant manager for his kindness and endless efforts to satisfy each and every visitor. Indoor and outdoor thermal heated pools working during all seasons. Pools are cleaned daily, maintained well and hygiene. Hotel staff are friendly and very attentive to us visitors. We highly recommend this hotel for the facilities and service. Family Beck

The hotel presented a mixed experience. While the staff were pleasant and helpful, unfortunately, the positives largely ended there. It's clear that the hotel's best days are well in the past. The hotel is dirty. The overall ambiance feeling tired and neglected. Although the rooms are generously sized, the decor is strikingly dated and old, detracting from the comfort. Similarly, while breakfast offered a large selection, it notably lacked in flavor. The spa and pool areas, which should be a highlight, were disappointingly small and frequently overcrowded. The parking is also very inconvenient. Regrettably, this was the least satisfying hotel stay we've had in Velingrad.

This is 2 stars hotel. Old rooms, very small and old swimming pool, good spa. Bad location near the train, the hotel need to be closed for some period and fully renovated. But the worst is the dirty swimming pool. I was so surprised when I saw how the responsable Guy is cleaning the swimming pool. With sponge for plates only the walls where is visible but the sole is very very dirty. The water labyrinth in the spa is extremely dirty too. Bad smell in the bathrooms. No more than 2 stars for this hotel. It's a pity with this good spa.
