Honest Review – Not Quite a 5-Star Experience I recently stayed at this 5-star spa hotel, and while there were some positives, I feel it’s important to share a few honest thoughts for future guests. The Good: The best part of the hotel was definitely the staff – professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The gym was also well-equipped and a great addition to the stay. Breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of food, and the quality was consistent. The Not-So-Good: Unfortunately, the spa experience was disappointing. The hotel’s marketing gives the impression that many spa services are included, but in reality, almost everything comes at an extra cost – and some options advertised around the hotel were hard to even locate or book. I found this quite misleading. The installations also fell short of 5-star expectations. The bathrooms had no windows, and the toilet seat was a cheap plastic one, which really didn’t match the supposed luxury standard. The TVs in the rooms were small and not smart TVs, which again felt outdated for a hotel in this category. Another big downside was the restriction of only 2 hours per day for spa and pool use. That really takes away from what should be a relaxing experience – and for a spa hotel, this was quite frustrating. As for the restaurants, the food was okay, but the prices were unreasonably high just because they’re located in the hotel. I recommend trying places outside – better food, better prices, and more options. Overall: While some aspects were enjoyable, I don’t believe the standards and installations reflect what a 5-star hotel should offer. Sadly, I wouldn’t return

Perfect location, luxurious rooms, nice Italian restaurant. Had a relaxing time at their Resort last evening just before leaving for Frankfurt. Their Suite room is very spacious & has all required amenities. The balcony gave a perfect view & the overcast weather with the mild drizzle added the perfect icing. The hotel is great, the location is great and most of the staff was amazing, but unfortunately we had one incident in the hotel restaurant. This was a work trip and on the last day, when we were wrapping our corporate event as scheduled, I think it might have been someone in charge of that particular restaurant (he was dressed a bit differently than the waiters) said in Russian to the staff about us (assuming he didn’t think anyone would understand) “to get the out of here” (in a very rude and inappropriate way). I understand they might have been tired but this was very unpleasant experience.
