there nothing really to get service with nice and helpful staff is great. Spa with swimming pool is excellent. location is very good 'near the sea, close to the center of Zinnowitz.

The hotel in general is ready for modernizing even if the room furniture has been renewed. Bathroom is fairly basic and partly run down. The price between €190 up to € 260 a night for a standard room with breakfast is over completely the top. Not leaving to mention a little surcharge for the sauna after having paid an arm and a leg for the accomodation. Working point to meet the international standards is to work drastically on the Staff's English language. The total absence of friendliness and customer orientation of the lady behind the office desk did not help either. On the contrary, a plus to mention was the friendliness and customer orientation of the à la carte restaurant 'Gynt's' Staff. A role model for the lady behind the office desk. The factor that has disturbed me the most was the surcharge for the seaview (see picture). The room was located on the 3rd floor with a view on the entire treeline with on the extreme right in the back a glimpse of the sea which was a total rip off. The overall experience was below expectations for the price we've paid. For this amount, I've stayed in far better hotels in the past. I presume the location is the compensation factor here. Some work for progress is in order here I'd reckon.
