A short getaway with the wife to Campeche. While the Hotel is a bit older, the rooms are very well taken care. Maid Service was outstanding. Nice size Pool, towels supplied by the Hotel. The Bar was closed. Access for person with disabilities. It is within walking distance of Centro. A bit far to the Public Market but doable. Food around the area is not bad. Oxxo a couple minutes walk.

I would go for two stars, except for it's location- the view of the water show every night, and proximity to the malechon AND the walled city. Needs repairs, a more friendly night receptionist, and a second working elevator. We did not use one of our nights, because of unanticipated difficulties, and was not refunded any money, or given credit for another stay, which is totally their perogative, but would have been a nice offer.

Stay away from this hotel! It does not look like on the pictures at all! The welcoming was very cold, the WIFI did not work for a whole day and where the swimming pool is supposed to be there is a big black ugly hole. All in the all, the building is old and shabby and it is not worth any money. Only positive note: I got a room with view on the golf without asking for it and the location is very good.
