The hotel offered a great view that enhanced my stay. I enjoyed the delicious food, and the staff was incredibly polite and helpful throughout my visit. The overall experience was pleasant, especially with access to a lovely swimming pool. I will definitely consider staying at this hotel again in the future.

“Not value for money – disappointing experience despite good ambience” ⭐ 2 out of 5 We stayed at Bamboo Saa Mulberry Resort, Pushkar, as a family group of 13. The property has a beautiful ambience and good potential, but our overall experience was disappointing due to several service and hospitality issues. Positives: • Dinner food quality was good. • Breakfast on Day 1 was nice. • Dinner service was slow on Day 1 but improved on Day 2. Concerns: • Breakfast inconsistency: Day 2 breakfast was very poor, with most items tasteless. The live omelette counter was never informed to us on either day; we found out only after asking. Even then, the preparation was inconsistent (one without salt on Day 1, all three tasteless on Day 2) and took nearly 30 minutes despite reminders. • Kitchen availability: We returned from the market around 3:45 PM, but were told the kitchen was closed and only sandwiches/french fries were available. No proper food until 7:30 PM was highly inconvenient, especially with elderly parents. • Unfair restrictions: While other guests were openly enjoying hookah at the poolside, our request was denied citing a state ban. Rules should be applied uniformly. • Kids’ amenities: The kids’ pool had no bath tubes or floats, which was disappointing for families with children. Overall: The resort’s ambience and location are good, but inconsistencies in food quality, delays in service, lack of proper kitchen availability, and selective enforcement of rules made our stay less than pleasant. For the tariff charged, the experience did not feel value for money.

My stay here left me with very mixed feelings. To start with the positives, the food was genuinely good, well-prepared, and enjoyable. Room service staff were polite and attentive, which made dining in the room a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, the negatives overshadowed the good. Despite assurances given at the time of booking, several promises were later reversed, which came across as both unprofessional and disappointing. Adding to this, the kitchen is not available 24x7, which was inconvenient. We placed a food order around 5 PM and even then faced unnecessary delays and limitations. Another unpleasant issue was being asked to pay ₹500 for a room key that got damaged, which felt unreasonable and poorly handled. On top of that, on the following day, the hotel did not provide mineral water as expected; instead, they gave us bottles refilled with regular water — an unacceptable compromise on hygiene and service standards. While the frontline team and kitchen staff do their jobs well, the overall management and corporate policies of the hotel come across as unreliable and guest-unfriendly. With better transparency, consistent service, and a focus on guest comfort rather than petty charges, this could be a much better place to stay.
