Bamboo Sapa Hotel

From the moment we arrived, Bamboo Sapa Hotel exceeded every expectation. The location is breathtaking — with panoramic views of the mountains and rice terraces that look like a postcard come to life. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile, making us feel genuinely welcomed. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated with local touches. The balcony view was a highlight — waking up to the mist rolling over the hills was truly magical. The infinity pool overlooking the mountains is stunning, and the perfect place to relax after a day of trekking. Julie guest customer service provided excellent customer service whenever we required help.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was cozy and clean, with a beautiful view. The breakfast was delicious and fresh every morning. KC was very helpful with local tips and even helped arrange transport, which made everything so easy. I also want to thank the female staff with glasses (sorry I forgot her name!) who helped prepare a perfect birthday surprise for my friend — I truly appreciate it. Great service, warm staff, and a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended!

We stayed at this hotel as part of a private tour to Sapa in May 2025. The room was very nice, comfortable and had everything you would need. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful and they let us check in early when I wasn't feeling 100%. The view from our room was amazing. The rest of the hotel was not so good. Restaurant and bar staff were not very friendly and we tried to go to the bar on both nights we stayed but it wasn't open. The breakfast was good and had a variety of things to choose from. Would recommend staying here but maybe not eating or drinking.
