A truly beautiful place. All staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The pool, bar and restaurant are all close together and well-kept. Hotel is a great location for being close to the action but not in the middle. Hotel hires out mopeds too. The spa is lovely and the staff are experts. Can't recommend the anti jet lag massage enough, especially the day post travelling. The room was set up wonderfully for our honeymoon trip.

Experience was beyond 5 stars My 8-night stay at Fair House Villas was amazing. From the moment I arrived, I knew I'd found a true gem in Koh Samui. My room was spacious and so comfortable – the perfect haven to unwind. What truly blew me away was the impeccable cleanliness; honestly, everywhere I looked, everything was spotless! The staff deserve the highest praise. Every single team member was professional, genuinely caring, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Their warmth made all the difference. Breakfast was a daily highlight! The buffet offered great variety, but the real treat was ordering freshly made egg omelettes just how I liked them (both Thai and Western styles!). Plus, getting a delicious iced latte or cappuccino included every morning felt like such a luxurious perk. I spent blissful days simply relaxing at the resort, soaking up the stunning views from the restaurant area – the ultimate way to forget the world's worries. The two adorable, friendly resident dogs added such a lovely, homely charm; I absolutely adored seeing them around! And the cherry on top? Enjoying a free 1-hour kayak rental right from the beach was a fantastic perk and so much fun. Fair House Villas isn't just a place to stay; it's an experience of pure relaxation, exceptional service, and thoughtful details. I cannot recommend it highly enough and will definitely be returning. We stayed for 4 nights at Fair House Villas and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The service upon arrival was excellent—special thanks to the gentleman who welcomed us. The facilities are very well maintained, and our room was beautiful, spacious, and clean. The bathroom was stunning as well, although I found it a bit odd that there was no hair conditioner provided. We had a sea view room, but it’s important to mention that the view is only partial—more than half of it was blocked by bushes near the pool, which was a bit disappointing since we expected a clearer view. The common areas are lovely and relaxing, but this is where I believe there is some room for improvement. During our entire stay, not once did a staff member approach us at the pool to offer drinks or take an order. We always had to go to the bar or look for someone ourselves. On one occasion, I asked for a food menu that never arrived, and when I needed a towel, I had to walk all the way to the restaurant because there was no staff nearby to assist. In my opinion, the pool area could benefit from having more attentive staff (constructive feedback). The pool also tends to get leaves and flowers in it, and I didn’t see anyone regularly cleaning it. That said, the ocean view from the pool is breathtaking, and the swings in the sea are perfect for capturing amazing photos. Overall, we had a wonderful time—just a few small details that could definitely be improved to make the experience even better.
