Bottom line: best villa we stayed in. High end, we'll equipped and superb management made our stay not only pleasant but also worries free. Vladimir and his team constantly went the extra mile with cleaning, car rental, and activities available. The pool, amenities, beds and overall surroundings were perfect for us (4 adults, 3 kids 1 baby). Just note the stairs and that you need a tuktuk (free of charge) to get to the beach. Will definitely come back!
Beautiful new villas only a few steps from an amazing beach. Enjoyed every minute of our stay. Thanks to all Ban Tai Estate guys for their advices where to go on Samui. We will be back soon again!
The villas are well-maintained and have a host of services that you can customise according to your needs. The terraces offer a sprawling view of the surroundings and are a good spot for star gazing in the night. While their toiletries are the only thing I wish they'd improve, it's an otherwise lovely place to stay in. Hire a car or some bikes from the lady at the end of the road and you are all set to roam the city. The beach is a walking distance away has offers a breathtaking view of the Samui sunset, but if you are looking to swim, the waters are rocky, and hence you must wade with care. Although the Estate is a little off from the centre of the city, opt for their villas if you are in Koh Samui for a quiet intimate time with family.
