Banana Fan Sea Resort

I was really impressed by how welcoming and friendly the staff was, even though we weren’t actually staying there as we had booked near fisherman’s village. From the moment we showed up, they greeted us with big smiles and made us feel right at home, even letting us use their facilities for free. The vibe was a nice mix of class and warmth, which made every interaction enjoyable. On our last night in Koh Samui, we went for their BBQ buffet, and it was such a great decision! The night was filled with a beautiful acoustic performance, and then there was an amazing fire show that lit up the whole area. Plus, the view of the stunning, clear waters around us was just perfect. The beach was super clean and well-kept, which added to the overall experience. It turned out to be a truly unforgettable evening with my family, one we’ll always treasure!

This hotel and its staff are awesome, we’ve had the best stay , really made our vacation feel special. The location is perfect , the beach directly in front of the hotel is idyllic, super soft sand and the facilities are fantastic. Thank you , definitely highly recommend ☀️💪👍🏻 5⭐️

We spent just over a week at this resort. The location was perfect for us, close to most things, lots near by you can walk to. Rooms were decent, except the shower water will randomly go cold. Cleaning staff were amazing, could not fault them. Unfortunately the pool bar is a massive let down and the hotel itself is under staffed. Took 30 minutes to get a cocktail made at 2pm. There was one person managing the pool bar and bar in the restaurant, so not their fault. It is also extremely expensive. We got a beef burger by the pool and it was inedible. The bread was so stale and the patty tasteless, couldn't eat it. We paid to have breakfast included but only went once. The food is all out in the open and flies going all over it. We did not want to risk food poisoning. Overall would not stay there again, however, loved the location and would look for something near by.
