What a wonderful stay at the Bancal hotel, La Gomera. The service, the environment, the rooms, the gardens and the food, are all spectacular. What is more, is that there are many sustainable systems in place. It recycles all its water, produces its own electricity, uses no single use plastic and has created many jobs in the local community. And the views! did I mention the views? What can I say but make a reservation, pack your bags and prepare to be surprised. Thanks to everyone at the Bancal hotel for an unforgettable experience.

One of the Most wonderful Holiday Experiences i have ever had. The service was always warm and genuinely friendly, attentive, and left nothing to be desired. The resort is in excellent condition – well-maintained and clean – it looks like something out of a James Bond movie. The food was always fresh, varied, plentiful, and tasted outstanding. Anyone who finds something to complain about here is impossible to please. We would check in again at any time and are already planning for next summer. It was a fantastic experience!

As a solo traveler, I particularly appreciated the kindness shown by Izzy, Manuel, and Emiliano, who truly made me feel welcome. The hotel's location is undoubtedly a highlight, offering breathtaking views and a sense of tranquility. While the buffet dinner offered a vast array of choices, those with a preference for chicken or similar options might find themselves slightly limited compared to the extensive selection of fish, pork, and veal dishes. Similarly, the snack bar could benefit from a wider variety of smaller bites for those seeking lighter options between meals. Overall, the Bancal Hotel and Spa provides a delightful experience with its comfortable rooms, pristine cleanliness, and exceptional staff.
